The 'vault' opens back to 2011 as Ben brings you his interview with the only athlete he can say he used to compete against in field hockey player Eddie Ockenden. Eddie talks about his amazing career in the sport, his time at the Olympics and talks about the memories of playing against Ben back in their junior days.

Another interview episode for you today as Ben chats with 2016 Rio Olympics Gold Medalist in the trap shooting, Catherine Skinner. In a wide ranging chat, Catherine talks through how she got into the sport and just how important mental training is when it comes to shooting. She also takes us through her gold medal win in Rio, tells us about her special diet that helps her focus as well as revealing just what things she managed to get for free since becoming a Gold Medallist.

Today we talk to Catharine Pendrel, the Canadian Bronze Medallist in Women's Cross Country Mountain Biking from the 2016 Rio Olympics. Catharine chats to use about her entire Olympic journey, from her exciting debut performance in Beijing 2008, the disappointment following the 2012 London Games, and just how close the dramatic race to the finish was in Rio against her Canadian team mate. We sit down with Rio 2016 Laser sailing gold medallist Tom Burton to talk about his journey, from discovering sailing as a kid and being inspired by Sydney 2000, to the tough training days, keeping his passion alive, narrowly missing London 2012 and finally breaking through in Rio. He also shares his hopes for 2020 and his desire to take on other sailing regattas in the future.
