The end is here! The final Off The Podium for the Rio Olympics will take you through all the highlights, lowlights and everything else of the final day of competition as well as the closing ceremony and looking back at all the best bits of the last 16 days and 18 episodes! Thomas Bach would be proud...

A fairly uneventful day for both Australia and Canada means we can talk more about the great Australian/Canadian moguls skier in Dale Begg-Smith and look ahead to the closing ceremony and what giant inflatable items Tokyo will have on display ahead of the 2020 games.

Today is all about the new queen of the world, and the athlete we crowned as a future star on day 1 of this podcast CHLOE ESPOSITO as we celebrate Modern Pentathlon becoming Australia's new national sport.

Another episode where all we basically talk about is Usain Bolt and Ryan Lochte. One has gotten better, the other has gotten worse. Which order do you think that's in? Ben also discovers a new favourite sport, Colin discovers Canada are pretty awesome at the Summer Olympics and those epic fan messages keep coming.

With no medals and no Colin we bring you our shortest episode yet, which although may sound like a bad thing actually really isn't as it's always fun, right? Colin is back, the golds are back and most importantly Off The Podium is back to talk about all the fun times and events from another day of exciting Olympic action! It's Penny Oleksiak day on Off The Podium as we once again do an episode without a Canadian but somehow talk up Canada more than Australia! We also manage to work out just why Australia is so down on ourselves despite winning medals and wish we were more like Fiji when it came to being humble. Jarrod also puts more athletes on the blacklist for returning home while Ben discovers golf is kind of boring to watch and that rowing has some very confusing categories.

An Australian only episode today as we ditch the Canadian (at least for a day) to talk about an exciting golden day 5 of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and green pools. Jarrod explains why he has returned from exile after recovering from Burto costing us Equestrian gold as well as making sure our athletes know that if they don't win gold they aren't welcome back. More medals for both Australia and Canada today (well at least A medal for Canada) as Ben and Colin discuss all the events of the fourth day of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. From putting Michael Phelps down a few pegs for being rude to Australian journalists, talking up Hungary as being a very serious nation and discovering several new sports for #FlinFlon28, our sixth episode has it all! Canada can stand up and rejoice for winning more medals than Australia today as day 3 rolls around. And with no Jarrod on the show today (he is too busy trying to find Richie Porte and Bathorse) both Colin & Ben discuss why Rugby is set to become the new national sport of Canada, discover just what it takes to make a Chinese athlete smile and continue on the push for Flin Flon 2028 (#FlinFlon2028) as well as adding an O to the name of every person in true Aussie style.
