We bring judo and our first British athlete to Off The Podium as we sit down with Gemma Howell to talk about her career and Olympic journey. Gemma shares how her maths teacher father introduced her to the sport, what it was like qualifying for a home Olympics in London, and the experience of competing as a British athlete at London 2012. We also get into her love of TGI Friday’s and White Chicks, plus one very memorable story involving her dogs!
